This permanently deletes your Run Clubs App account and the data listed below, whether you signed up on iOS, Android, or the web. It cannot be undone.
What is removed
Profile, username, and profile photo
Tracked and imported runs, including routes and heart-rate and calorie summaries
RSVPs and your place in attendee lists
Faved clubs
Club chat and Founders Lounge messages, ideas, and votes
Club feed posts and run photos
Push notification tokens and notification settings
Product analytics identity
Your sign-in credentials
Waiver submissions you made for a club are kept for that club unless you ask us or the club to remove them. Copies may persist in backups for up to 90 days. See our Privacy Policy, Section 8.
To delete your account here, sign in first with the email and password you use in the app, then return to this page.
Other ways to delete
In the mobile app: Settings → Delete Account.
By email: send a request to info@runclubsapp.com from the email address on your account. We complete emailed requests within 30 days.
